Kalmar Motor AB develops vehicles for the Automotiv Industry.

It’s a pleasure to introduce the new 4-way Platform truck for handling heavy dies in the press industry and the plastic injection mold industry. The multi-directional movement of the unit, which gives safe, flexible manoeuvrability in enclosed spaces.

KALMAR VT 60.2 - The ”CRAB”

The Die Platform Truck aimed for fast tool change. The Capacity is 60 tonne.

The electric powered Die Change Truck is designed to change heavy dies for metal pressing and plastic mold injection industry.
To aid access between narrow press lines the ”Crab” is able to moves sideways, so ensuring a safe speedy toolchange.
